Job summary

Keolis North America Inc. is seeking an Operations Supervisor to lead a driver group of 30–50, ensuring safety, performance, and customer satisfaction in the Reno area. The role emphasizes coaching, union relations, and regulatory compliance in transit operations.

You will manage attendance, performance reviews, and driver scorecards while aligning with contract requirements and location business plans. A Bachelor's degree plus CDL B with P endorsement is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent training and experience.
• CDL B with P endorsement is preferred for the role.
• Strong leadership and safety management capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead a driver group of 30–50 and ensure safety compliance.
• Monitor absenteeism and address unplanned absences.
• Review event videos and supervise field performance.
• Deliver regular driver scorecard results.
• Enhance customer experience through driver performance.
• Coach and develop drivers through one-on-one sessions.
• Recruit, interview, onboard, train, and retain drivers per contract.
• Foster productive union relationships and manage grievances.
• Assist in improving location financial performance and budgeting.
