Qualifications

• Ability to make timely, accurate decisions and multitask.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Knowledge of Watertown geography helpful.

Responsibilities

• Respond to service requests and provide information to passengers and public.
• Answer calls promptly and schedule passengers and routes.
• Log calls and use software to dispatch drivers.
• Relaying schedules and messages to drivers and management.
• Coordinate driver assignments to locations per schedules and needs.
• Maintain courteous, professional communication with customers and staff.
