Qualifications

• 1 year experience in driver or fleet dispatching or customer service.
• Ability to understand and carry out both oral and written instructions.
• Fluent in English; bilingual is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to Metro Bus passengers and staff.
• Schedule rides using computerized scheduling software.
• Communicate using two-way radio with Bus Operators.
