Ridemetrobus is seeking a full-time Dispatcher in Saint Cloud, Minnesota. The Dispatcher will be responsible for providing customer service to passengers, scheduling rides, and effectively communicating with operators.

The ideal candidate must have a high school diploma and at least one year of dispatch or customer service experience. Knowledge of the St. Cloud area and proficiency in computer usage are essential.

Salary is $23.63 per hour with a flexible work schedule.

Qualifications

• 1 year experience in driver or fleet dispatching or customer service.
• Ability to understand and carry out both oral and written instructions.
• Fluent in English; bilingual is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Provide customer service to Metro Bus passengers and staff.
• Schedule rides using computerized scheduling software.
• Communicate using two-way radio with Bus Operators.
