Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Operates a radio-telephone communication system to receive and transmit messages.
• Coordinates and prioritizes the dispatching of bus operators, vehicles, and equipment.
• Analyzes service requests to determine urgency and appropriate response.
• Ensures adherence to bus schedules, policies, and procedures.
• Monitors and logs the status and location of buses and operators.
• Prepares and maintains detailed records and reports on bus operations.
• Conducts data analysis to identify trends and improve efficiency.
