Job summary

Robert's Hawaii is seeking an experienced Operations Coordinator to oversee the Hele-On Fixed Route service. You will supervise drivers, coordinate schedules, and ensure on-time performance across routes on Hawaii Island.

You will track passes, process route changes, maintain logs, and liaise with maintenance and vendors to resolve issues promptly. Strong data entry, dispatch software proficiency, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment are essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum one year experience in tourism/transportation.
• Experience with database systems is a plus.
• Ability to type 40 WPM and perform 10-key by touch.
• Proficient in dispatch software and trip sheet input.

Responsibilities

• Ensure Drivers are properly equipped and on time.
• Track and update expired documents; reconcile passes and logs.
• Monitor on-time service using dispatch systems and route data.
• Prepare and update daily/route sheets and logs.
• Communicate route changes and challenges to Drivers.
• Input payroll data and reconcile driver time/mileage.
• Maintain daily logs and office supplies.
