Job summary

Allied Universal is hiring a Security Officer Full Time Dispatch Controller in Seattle, WA. You will coordinate communications, monitor incidents, and direct response resources for security events at a transit location.

This role requires at least 1 year of security-related experience and a high school diploma. You will work a Day/Evening schedule with a competitive pay rate of $28.50 per hour, and will be subject to background checks and a drug screen.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of security-related experience.
• State/county/city-issued security license preferred.
• Be at least 18 years old for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Background check and drug screen required.
• Driver's license required for driving positions.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to transit passengers, visitors, and staff by carrying out security-related procedures.
• Receive, prioritize, and dispatch calls for service, alarms, and incidents to assigned personnel.
• Monitor communications systems, cameras, and other systems; document incidents and dispatch activity.
• Respond to incidents and coordinate with transit operations, emergency responders, and law enforcement.
• Conduct regular patrols of transit facilities and related areas.
