Allied Universal is seeking a Security Officer Dispatch Coordinator for Bothell, WA. This full-time role pays $27.84 per hour and requires shift coverage across multiple nights and days.

You will respond to incidents, provide client customer service, and conduct site patrols while following site-specific policies and procedures. Background checks and a drug screen are part of employment requirements.

Qualifications

• At least 6 months of security-related experience.
• Access control and badge experience is preferred.
• CPR and First Aid certification is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Ability to lift more than 20 pounds is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• Background check and drug screen required where permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements may apply depending on state/local laws.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients by following security procedures and site policies.
• Respond to incidents and handle critical situations calmly.
• Conduct regular and random patrols around the business and perimeter.
