Qualifications

• Minimum two years of security-related experience.
• Be at least 21 years of age.
• Guard Card or license preferred.
• Customer service experience preferred.
• Handcuffing certification preferred.
• Be at least 18 for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Background check and drug screen required.
• Licensing requirements may apply.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to passengers, visitors, employees, and contractors by following security procedures and site policies.
• Respond to incidents and emergencies in a calm, professional manner and coordinate with transit personnel and emergency services as needed.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of transit facilities, platforms, parking areas, access points, and perimeters.
• Monitor access points and public areas, direct visitors and passengers, and communicate site procedures.
• Prepare reports and maintain documentation for incidents, observations, and patrols.
