Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to transit passengers, visitors, and staff by following security procedures and policies.
• Receive, prioritize, and dispatch calls for service, alarms, and incidents using established protocols.
• Monitor cameras and communications systems; document incidents and dispatch activity per site procedures.
• Respond calmly to incidents, coordinating with transit operations, responders, and law enforcement as needed.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of transit facilities and surrounding areas.
