Job summary

The City of Conroe is seeking a Transit Coordinator - Data Analyst to collect, analyze, and interpret transportation program data to identify trends and guide efficiency improvements within the Transportation Department.

Responsibilities include aggregating data on fare types, passenger types, vehicle miles and hours, and presenting recommendations to support budget adherence and service quality.

Qualifications

• Requires a four-year degree and/or four years related experience.
• Two years of municipal/state/federal transit planning/management experience.
• Knowledge of FHWA/FTA/FAA/FTA requirements handling and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Collect, aggregate and interpret program data (fare type, passenger types, vehicle miles and hours).
• Identify trends to support efficiency and program sustainability.
• Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders within established procedures.
