Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Converse with customers to determine destination, travel dates and times.
• Assist riders with routing information via phone or mailings.
• Provide fare and boarding information to customers as requested.
• Process mail to customers and document accuracy of information.
• Enter passenger data for trip requests and negotiate times where needed.
• Follow up with customers regarding resolutions and schedule changes.
• Collaborate with Metro personnel to resolve customer service issues.
