Asheville Transit Management is seeking a Customer Service Representative to serve as the frontline for passengers, operators, and staff at the Transit Center. The role emphasizes accuracy in route information, trip planning, and handling service disruptions with a calm, professional demeanor.

Working a variety of shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays, you will be the friendly face representing the organization and supporting safe, on-time transit operations in a busy center.

Qualifikationen

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum of two years in customer service, call center, or related experience preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record.

Aufgaben

• Greet and assist passengers in person and by phone.
• Provide accurate route, schedule, fare, and policy information.
• Assist with trip planning and pass sales.
• Document and respond to complaints and service requests.
• Communicate service disruptions and detours clearly to customers.
• Maintain professional, patient, and customer-focused demeanor.
