RATP Dev USA is seeking a Customer Service Representative for the Transit Center in Asheville, NC. You will be the frontline contact for passengers, operators, and staff, providing route and schedule information and assisting with trip planning.

The role requires effective communication, patience, and professional behavior in a fast-paced environment. Shifts include afternoons, nights, weekends, and holidays, with a starting pay of $17.80 per hour.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum of two years in customer service or related experience preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist passengers, visitors, and community members in person and by telephone.
• Provide accurate information regarding routes, schedules, fares, transfers, detours, service changes, and transit policies.
• Assist customers with trip planning, navigating the transit system, fare purchases, and pass sales.
