Zusammenfassung

BOK Financial Corporation is seeking a Transit Control Lead to monitor workflow and guide Operations personnel across Ex­ceptions, Wires, ACH, Remittance, Oil & Gas, and Item Processing. You will ensure quality, help resolve complex problems, and support policy implementation.

This role reports monthly stats and may back up staff on leave. The position requires organizing daily workflows, coordinating with the department manager on projects, and training new hires to keep production on track.

Qualifikationen

• Associates Degree or higher in Business related field.
• 3-5 years in bank operations, preferably Bank Operations or 6-8 years' equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Thorough knowledge processing systems in assigned departments.
• Thorough knowledge of bank operations.
• Working knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
• Excellent PC and software application skills; ability to operate 10 key by touch.
• Excellent interpersonal skills including oral and written communications skills and leadership skills.
• Excellent customer service/relations skills.
• Excellent problem resolution skills.
• Excellent organization and leadership skills; ability to motivate employees to foster a team atmosphere.

Aufgaben

• Coordinate and lead daily workflow, including quality and quantity control, prioritization of tasks and efforts, and team schedules.
• Handle complex issues requiring knowledge and authority.
• Plan special projects and represent the department in meetings; collaborate with processing team and manager.
• Monitor performance and production, track attendance, and provide input to the manager on personnel matters.
