Responsibilities

• Monitor daily workflow and lead operations teams to ensure quality and quantity targets are met.
• Train staff, establish and review departmental policies and procedures; provide guidance on complex issues.
• Report monthly operational statistics to management and participate in special projects.
• Back up for staff on leave and assist in coordinating shifts and priorities.
