Job summary

Hyatt is seeking an CHS Analyst, Transient Sales to support Transient Specialists and participating hotels across the business-travel portfolio. You will prepare RFPs, load transient rates, coordinate distribution, and create monthly performance decks while engaging with multiple Hyatt-approved systems.

You will join a CHS Performance Hub team, cross-training in Group Sales and CRM activities as business needs evolve, with a focus on accuracy and timely administration of the group sales

Qualifications

• Minimum one year in hotel sales, business travel, revenue management, reservations, or related analytical role.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office including Excel and PowerPoint; strong data handling across systems.
• Strong written and verbal communication; able to prioritize multiple requests and meet deadlines.
• Must have a productive and professional home office workspace.

Responsibilities

• Support a portfolio of hotels with transient sales execution under guidance of Transient Specialists.
• Prepare and distribute hotel performance reporting using Envision, Cvent, TravelClick, ThoughtSpot, and Tableau.
• Prepare onboarding documents by researching hotels.
• Execute transient rate loading and ensure proper distribution of rates.
• Create monthly PowerPoint decks with key reporting metrics.
• Cross-train in Group Travel support and CRM activities as needed.
