Job summary

KBR, under AFCAP V, seeks a Transient Aircraft Services Technician to perform aircraft ground handling, servicing, and turn-around duties at an assigned installation in support of 24/7 operations. Reports to the Supervisor and adheres to PWS, Technical Orders, and airfield safety standards to sustain mission readiness.

Qualifications

• US citizenship required.
• Ability to obtain/maintain SECRET clearance.
• 3–5 years of aviation operations or Transient Aircraft Services experience.
• Hands-on experience on a flight line or in aircraft ground operations.

Responsibilities

• Perform aircraft ground handling, marshaling, parking, servicing, turn-around and departure tasks.
• Conduct aircraft arrivals, chocking, grounding, and safe positioning on the flight line.
• Maintain compliance with safety standards and applicable orders and directives.
• Support documentation such as servicing records, shift logs and checklists.
• Assist in training and qualification to maintain mission readiness and certifications.
• Maintain tool accountability and participate in FOD prevention.
