Job summary

Central Moloney in Pine Bluff, AR is seeking a Product Sales Specialist in our Sales department to quote customer requests, work with engineering, and manage bids through approval to purchase order receipt.

This role combines detail-oriented quoting with customer service, using internal systems to handle bids, orders, and blanket agreements, with on-site work in a manufacturing setting.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1-3 years prior sales support experience preferred.
• Ability to read and retain detailed information from sales contracts.
• Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills.
• Excellent MS Excel skills.
• Experience with customer portals and order tracking systems.
• Customer service/relationship experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Read and interpret customer specs to prepare accurate quotations.
• Provide excellent customer service via email and phone.
• Navigate customer portals for bids, POs, and reporting.
• Collaborate with engineering on transformer designs for orders.
• Maintain blanket orders and update escalations in AS400/Syteline.
• Process purchase orders for system entry.
• Review terms and conditions of spot quotes.
• Assist sales with updates and responses to questions.
• Maintain organized filing systems.
• Other duties as assigned.
