Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1–3 years prior sales support experience preferred.
• Strong reading/comprehension of detailed sales contracts.
• Proficient in MS Excel and order-tracking systems.

Responsibilities

• Read and interpret customer specifications to prepare quotations.
• Provide excellent customer service via email and phone.
• Navigate customer portals for bids and purchase orders.
• Collaborate with engineering on transformer designs for orders.
• Maintain blanket orders and update escalations.
• Process purchase orders for system entry.
• Review terms of spot quotes.
• Assist sales with customer questions.
• Maintain organized filing systems.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
