The role requires reading BOMs, following processes, and maintaining safety and workspace standards. You may participate in related assembly tasks and must adhere to shift schedules, overtime guidelines, and company policies.

Qualifications

• Ability to read, understand, and interpret Bills of Materials (BOMs) and drawings.
• Experience with painting processes and finishing techniques.

Responsibilities

• Organize and identify transformers and subcomponents for painting, ensuring prep and readiness.
• Apply primer, paint, and color per BOM, using appropriate equipment.
• Prepare, protect, and complete the finish coat following work instructions.
• Conduct quality checks on the final paint finish and rework as needed.
• Maintain safety standards, keep workspace clean, and assist with related tasks.
