Sunbelt Solomon is seeking an experienced Welder to join the production team in Sharon, PA. The role focuses on welding and assembling transformer components, reading engineering drawings, and maintaining high quality standards.

Hours are Monday through Thursday, 6:00 AM to 4:30 PM, with a strong emphasis on safety and teamwork. Requirements include a high school diploma or equivalent and at least 2 years of welding experience with MIG, TIG, and Stick processes.

Qualifikationen

Aufgaben

• Weld and assemble transformer components using MIG, TIG, or Stick welding.
• Read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and welding specifications.
• Ensure proper fit-up and alignment with jigs, clamps, and measuring tools.
• Perform grinding, cutting and surface preparation before and after welding.
• Conduct pre- and post-weld inspections for quality standards.
