Central Moloney is seeking a Semi Skilled B in Production to support transformer assembly on first, second, or third shift in Arkansas. You’ll read work instructions, operate basic production equipment, and perform quality checks to ensure high standards.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Experience in manufacturing or production preferred.
• Familiarity with hand tools and basic machinery operation.
• Ability to read and interpret work instructions and specifications.
• Basic mathematical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Ability to communicate effectively and work as part of a team.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced production environment.

Responsibilities

• Assemble transformer components and sub-assemblies per work instructions and specs.
• Operate production machinery and tools safely per procedures.
• Load and handle materials for assigned processes.
• Read and interpret work instructions, specs, and blueprints.
• Perform quality checks and report defects.
• Maintain tools, materials, and supplies for production activities.
• Complete accurate production and quality records.
• Operate forklift per safety procedures when required.
• Identify and report equipment, material, or production issues.
• Keep work area clean, organised, and safe.
• Follow safety procedures and PPE requirements.
• Collaborate with team to meet safety, quality, and production goals.
