Job summary

Central Moloney in Pine Bluff, AR is seeking a Semi Skilled B to join our Production team. You will assemble transformer components, operate production equipment, read instructions, and help ensure quality and safety in a busy manufacturing environment.

We offer stability, hands-on learning, and a supportive culture in an ISO 9001-certified facility. A high school diploma or GED is required, and prior manufacturing experience is preferred for this fast-paced role.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Prior manufacturing or production experience preferred.
• Familiarity with hand tools and basic machinery operation.
• Ability to read and interpret work instructions and specifications.
• Basic mathematical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Ability to communicate effectively and work as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Assemble transformer components and sub-assemblies per work instructions.
• Operate production machinery safely following procedures.
• Load, position, and handle materials for production processes.
• Read, interpret, and apply instructions, blueprints, and specs.
• Perform quality checks and report defects or nonconforming materials.
• Maintain tools and materials for production activities.
• Complete production and quality records accurately.
• Operate forklift safely when required.
• Identify and report equipment or production issues to supervision.
• Keep a clean, organized, and safe workspace.
• Follow PPE requirements and safety procedures.
• Collaborate with team to meet safety, quality, and production goals.
