Job summary

Pressley Ridge seeks a Wraparound Facilitator to identify strengths and needs for youth and families, coordinating and individualizing services to support progress toward goals. The role requires engagement with families, strong documentation, and collaboration with a multi-disciplinary team in Fayette, Raleigh, or Mercer County.

You will work flexible hours in a community-based setting, with focus on advocacy, service planning, and culturally competent practice to empower youth to transform

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or better in Human Services or related field.
Master's degree in Human Services or related field is preferred.
Two (2) years relevant experience with youth and families in social services.
Clearances: State Police/FBI clearance; Child Abuse Registry clearance; other state checks as required.
Valid driver’s license and current vehicle insurance.
