Pressley Ridge is seeking a Wraparound Facilitator to work with youth and families on treatment/service plans. The role focuses on identifying strengths and needs, coordinating services, and building a support network to help 10 youth and families progress toward goals.
The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Human Services or related field (Master's preferred) and at least two years of experience with children and families in social services. Valid driver’s license required.

Position Summary
The Wraparound Facilitator (WF) along with youth and families identifies strengths and needs for treatment/service planning. The WF assists the youth and families towards progress on goals, demonstrates problem resolution, and assist in building skills and a support network. In addition, the WF coordinates, creates, and individualize services and supports to fit the unique needs of 10 youth and families. The ideal candidate should live in or near Fayette, Raleigh, or Mercer County.
Qualifications
Requires a Bachelor's or better in Human Services or related field.
Masters or better in Human Services or related field is preferred.
Requires two (2) years relevant experience with youth and families in social services.
