Job summary

Pressley Ridge is seeking a Wraparound Facilitator to work with youth and families on treatment/service plans. The role focuses on identifying strengths and needs, coordinating services, and building a support network to help 10 youth and families progress toward goals.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Human Services or related field (Master's preferred) and at least two years of experience with children and families in social services. Valid driver’s license required.

Qualifications

• Requires a Bachelor's or better in Human Services or related field.
• Masters or better in Human Services or related field is preferred.
• Requires two (2) years relevant experience with youth and families in social services.
• Clearances: State Police/FBI clearance; Child Abuse Registry clearance; any additional background checks as required by state governing bodies.
• Valid driver’s license and current vehicle insurance.
