The ideal candidate will be DESE-certified (or MTEL comparable), possess SEI Endorsement, and demonstrate strong communication and organizational skills in a team-oriented

Qualifications

• Massachusetts DESE certification preferred or MTEL requirements.
• Bachelor’s degree in Special Education.
• SEI Endorsement is required.
• Current authorization to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Attend and participate in IEP meetings.
• Develop and implement IEPs for students with disabilities.
• Provide specialized instruction, accommodations, and modifications in various settings.
• Collaborate with general education teachers to align instructional strategies with IEP goals.
• Assess student progress and adjust instruction to meet goals.
• Maintain accurate records of progress and compliance with district guidelines.
• Provide consultation to educators on accommodations and teaching strategies.
• Foster a positive, inclusive learning environment and maintain confidentiality.
