Qualifications

• Experience with MCA sales or closing preferred.
• Strong verbal communication on the phone.
• Able to handle high call volume in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Consult with qualified leads actively dealing with MCA debt.
• Build rapport fast, assess clients' financial situations, and present tailored solutions.
• Overcome objections and guide prospects through enrollment.
• Follow a proven consultative process with coaching from senior staff and GM.
• Maintain accurate CRM records and manage daily pipeline.
• Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly targets.
