• Associate degree with Caseworker Competency coursework and two years lead experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee personnel management, hiring, promotions, performance appraisals, and disciplinary actions.
• Ensure compliance with policies, program standards, and legal requirements via workload reviews.
• Coordinate services with state agencies and community partners for district planning.
• Provide staff orientation, mentoring, and ongoing case consultation.
