Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a non-human-services field with Oregon Caseworker Competency coursework and two years of lead experience.
• Associate degree plus three years in human services with lead work/supervision experience.

Responsibilities

• Engage and supervise staff by planning, executing, monitoring, and evaluating activities.
• Ensure staff adhere to laws, policies, quality standards, safety, and permanency goals for children.
• Provide training, orientation, mentoring, and consultations to staff.
• Maintain cooperative relationships with staff, partners, children, and families.
• Make informed decisions regarding services provided to client families.
