Job summary

Propeller is seeking a seasoned Consultant to partner with clients on strategic change initiatives across people, processes, and technology.

You will design solutions, roadmaps, and governance structures, delivering high-quality results while building deep client relationships and acting as a trusted advisor. Strong PM/BA/change management skills are essential, with experience in both waterfall and agile environments.

Qualifications

12+ years of project management, business analysis, and/or change management, including at least 3 years of experience at a management consulting firm.
Proven track record of guiding teams through transformative change and aligning processes with evolving business objectives.
Experience in organizational design to improve collaboration and efficiency.
Progressive responsibilities and accountable work history.
Strong presentation, communication, and facilitation skills.
Experience with waterfall and/or agile PM in complex technology environments.
Willingness to travel up to 25% and able to work in the U.S.

Responsibilities

Partner with clients to develop and implement strategies that drive value across people, processes, and technology.
Design roadmaps, governance, and prioritization plans for successful execution.
Manage end-to-end project delivery, ensuring on-time, on-budget results.
Define adoption strategies and rollout plans to support change management.
