• Experience transforming operations, operating models, governance, and ways of working.
• Strong presentation, communication, and facilitation skills.
• Ability to travel up to 25% and demonstrate legal right to work in the U.S.

Responsibilities

• Partner with clients to develop and implement strategies that drive value across people, processes, and technology.
• Design solutions, roadmaps, and executive-ready deliverables; serve as a trusted advisor.
• Lead program management and contribute to diverse projects with strategic thinking.
• Create adoption strategies and rollout plans to ensure stakeholder buy-in.
• Build and nurture strong client relationships and actively address stakeholder needs.
