Qualifications

• 7+ years of project management, business analysis, change management, and/or management consulting experience.
• Experience in strategic planning, portfolio management, process improvement, and operations.
• Progressive responsibilities and accountability in previous roles.
• Strong presentation, communication, and facilitation skills.
• Experience with waterfall and/or agile project management in complex technology environments.
• Willingness and ability to travel up to 25% as needed.
• Legal right to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Lead workstreams within strategic planning initiatives, assess market trends, and craft actionable roadmaps.
• Develop realistic, actionable strategies, including roadmaps, governance, and prioritization plans for smooth execution.
• Manage end-to-end project execution, ensuring on-time, on-budget delivery.
• Collaborate with project teams to define adoption strategies and rollout plans, supporting change management.
• Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce redundancies.
• Produce client-ready deliverables that influence decisions at director or sponsor level.
