Duvo Inc. is seeking a Junior Transformation Strategist to join our team and work alongside Transformation Strategists and Forward Deployed Engineers on our largest accounts.

You will turn messy processes into clear, action-ready insights and materials that a customer team can act on. You will be expected to move fast, produce decision-ready outputs, and stay closely aligned with operators and mid-level owners.

Qualifications

• Structured problem solving with hypothesis-driven approach.
• Analytical speed under time pressure and with messy data.
• Clear written and slide output that a partner can use with light edits.
• Ability to generate actionable insights and recommendations.

Responsibilities

• Get to the insight by interviewing and mapping how work happens.
• Turn analyses into decision-ready slides, memos and one-pagers.
• Provide fungible surge capacity across multiple accounts and problem types.
• Build evidence for impact with baselines, targets and measurement windows.
• Stay close to customer teams and capture decisions and follow through.
