Duvo is hiring a Transformation Strategist to own the day-to-day momentum of enterprise transformations. You will partner with senior colleagues on live accounts, ensuring workstreams stay on cadence, decisions are informed by data, and outcomes are delivered with clear governance.

You will operate at Consultant/Associate through Engagement Manager levels, with 3–5 years of client-facing experience. A strong emphasis on analysis, presentation, and actionable change will be essential as you

• Strong consulting foundations with 3–5 years of client-facing experience at top firms.
• Excellent analytical and communication craft for messy data and slides.
• Bias for delivery and ownership; stay close to the work and drive cadence.
• Good people judgment; know when to ask for help and speak clearly with varying levels.
• Comfort with early-stage roles; self-starting and responsible for quality in client work.

Responsibilities

• Own the workstream fact base: interviews, data, handoffs and evidence to show where value is created or lost.
• Run the day-to-day delivery rhythm; translate diagnostics into a practical roadmap and actionable steps.
