The role combines strategic thought-partner capabilities with Chief of Staff duties, requiring analytical rigor, portfolio management, and the ability to translate ambiguity into structured, actionable plans for senior leaders at a fast-paced, global technology distributor.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
• 2–4 years of experience in management consulting, corporate strategy, operational excellence, or a highly analytical business role.
• Strong analytical capabilities with advanced proficiency in Excel and data structuring.
• Comfort working with ambiguous or incomplete data sets to build populations, hierarchies, and systemic efficiencies.
• Strategic thinker with ability to ideate, solve problems, and produce polished materials.

Responsibilities

• Act as a thought partner to leadership to conceptualize and design new business and organizational strategies.
• Shift beyond reporting by identifying root causes and structuring complex problems.
• Develop executive-ready narratives and frameworks for enterprise-level decision making.
• Serve as the central coordinator for HR initiatives, ensuring cross-functional alignment and operational cadence.
• Gather, synthesize, and interpret qualitative and quantitative data to surface insights that drive impact.
