Job summary

Brown Brothers Harriman (BBH) is seeking a Head of Transformation Enablement / Relationship Excellence to shape the RE Transformation roadmap, drive AI-enabled change, and oversee global initiatives that improve efficiency, client service, and governance.

You will lead cross-functional teams across Relationships, Technology, and Operations, applying design thinking, agile methods, and VoE-driven metrics to deliver measurable outcomes while mentoring leaders and building scalable capabilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 10+ years leading transformation programs in financial services.
• Experience with change management and agile delivery.
• Strong leadership and stakeholder-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end execution of the transformation roadmap.
• Translate vision into programs, milestones, and measurable outcomes.
• Strengthen backlog management and capacity planning.
• Oversee global initiatives across regions and teams.
• Partner with RM, Sales, AI Labs, and Systems to integrate priorities.
