Job summary

Brown Brothers Harriman is seeking a senior leader to head Transformation Enablement and Relationship Excellence in Boston. You will own the RE transformation roadmap, drive AI-enabled initiatives, and coordinate with RM, Sales, and Technology to deliver measurable business impact.

The role emphasizes change leadership, portfolio management, and the adoption of new tools and processes, requiring a strategic, collaborative mindset and strong communication across senior stakeholders.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree required.
10+ years of demonstrated experience leading transformation, business improvement, operating model, or change programs; experience in financial services transformation is preferred.
Experience with change management, design thinking, agile delivery, automation, AI concept modeling, and digital enablement preferred.
Strong leadership, influencing, negotiation, and stakeholder-management skills, with the ability to drive alignment across senior leaders and cross-functional teams.
Strong analytical capability, including data collection, impact assessment, KPI development, and insight-driven decision-making.
Excellent planning, organization, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills, with exceptional attention to detail.
Ability to communicate clearly and persuasively in person and in writing with all levels of management.
Experience prioritizing and executing work in a dynamic environment that requires teamwork, adaptability, and sound judgment.
Experience with technology including AI, workflow tools, data visualization tools, Salesforce and Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end transformation strategy and governance across global initiatives.
Translate transformation vision into programs, milestones, and measurable outcomes.
Strengthen intake, backlog management, prioritization, and capacity planning frameworks.
Oversee multiple initiatives with adoption, benefits tracking, and cross-region coordination.
Drive AI-enabled transformation opportunities from concept to scaled adoption.
Ensure adherence to core tooling (Salesforce, JIRA) and secure, scalable AI/workflow solutions.
Build transformation capability through coaching leaders on design thinking and agile delivery.
Foster experimentation, learning, and accountability for sustained efficiency and growth.
