Job summary

Trinity Health is seeking an experienced project/program manager to develop, manage, monitor, and improve medium to large initiatives across ministries and system offices. You will lead cross-functional teams, define scope, manage budgets, and ensure timely delivery aligned with strategic goals.

You will oversee risk and issue logs, conduct post-project analyses, and present findings to executives. Strong communication, leadership, and process-improvement skills are essential to drive results.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in healthcare, information technology, business administration or a related field.
• 5–7 years of product line or technology solution experience; PMP/Lean/Six Sigma preferred.
• 5+ years of experience managing complex projects and interfacing with executive leadership.
• Proficient knowledge in multiple business operations disciplines with leadership experience.

Responsibilities

• Defines scope and requirements for complex initiatives and establishes roles across all lifecycle phases.
• Manages large, multi-unit program initiatives with oversight of processes and budgets.
• Develops business plans and project proposals; ensures alignment with strategy and funding.
• Creates risk/issue logs and drives risk mitigation with senior support when needed.
• Prepares executive summaries and presentations; communicates findings clearly to diverse audiences.
