Job summary

TriHealth's Pharmacy Department is seeking a Project Management Consultant to lead initiatives that advance patient care, pharmacy operations, regulatory compliance, and strategic growth across our health system.

You will partner with pharmacy leaders, clinicians, and cross-functional stakeholders to drive projects from concept to implementation, coordinating improvements, grant-supported initiatives, and strategic programs to deliver measurable results for patients and communities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Health Administration; equivalent experience accepted (minimum 9 years in healthcare administration).
• Project management skills and experience.
• American College of Healthcare Executives credential.
• 3-4 years’ experience in Professional Health Administration.
• 1-2 years’ experience as Supervisor/Lead.

Responsibilities

• Manage working relationships with team members and external stakeholders (grantors) by building relationships, meeting milestones and communicating progress and results as indicated in the stratgic plan and/or grant application.
• Creates and manages project work plans/action registers; including timelines and deliverables.
• Organizes, manages and facilitates stakeholders by establishing crossfunctional teams, resulting in an integrated final product that supports the goals of the grant.
• Identifies, captures, and communicates strategic plan/grant metrics that measure the success of the initiatives outlined by the leadership team.
