Job summary

Trinity Health Mission Leadership role based in the United States requires strategic oversight of Mission Integration across Health Ministries. The leader will guide ethical, spiritual, and Catholic identity initiatives in alignment with system priorities and ministry operations.

The position reports to the Mission Strategy Partner and works closely with ministry CEOs to strengthen mission delivery, governance, and community engagement while promoting organizational integrity and care excellence.

Qualifications

• Must possess an in-depth knowledge of Catholic theology and ethics as applied to healthcare.
• Experience in nurturing Catholic identity within a large organization.

Responsibilities

• Provide executive Mission Integration leadership for the Health Ministry.
• Ensure implementation of Mission activities and CIA within all ministries.
• Collaborate with Spiritual Care and Ethics teams to integrate chaplaincy and ERDs.
