Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or related field.

• 12+ years of experience in program or portfolio management, with enterprise transformation.
• Experience leading strategic initiatives in a matrixed, fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency with Smartsheet, Jira, and Looker for governance and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Strategic Program Leadership: Lead cross-functional transformation programs aligned to strategy and value targets.
• Portfolio Governance & Optimization: Improve prioritization, resource allocation, and performance tracking.
• Program Management: Guide execution with waterfall and agile methodologies.
• Tool Strategy & Enablement: Implement and optimize management tools for scalable execution.
• Executive Reporting & Insights: Develop dashboards and reports for senior leadership.
• Stakeholder Engagement & Alignment: Align objectives with executive sponsors and leaders.
• Change Enablement: Lead communications, training, and adoption strategies.
• Risk & Issue Management: Identify and mitigate risks to leadership.
• Continuous Improvement & Innovation: Drive process improvements and capabilities.
• Organizational Support: Manage office resources and vendor licenses for PM tools.
• People Leadership: Build, coach, and retain high-performing teams.
