Waystar is seeking an Associate Transformation Manager in Atlanta to drive defined workstreams across strategic initiatives. You will partner with stakeholders to create project plans, track milestones, and resolve risks while delivering hands-on execution of transformation activities.

Qualified candidates bring 1–3 years in project management or related fields, with strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills and familiarity with AI/automation tools, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of relevant experience in project management, consulting, operations, business transformation, analytics, launch management, or a similar field.
• Experience coordinating cross-functional projects or owning defined project workstreams.
• Strong organizational and project management skills, including timelines, dependencies, risks, and priorities.
• Analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail and translating analysis into actionable recommendations.
• Effective verbal and written communication, tailoring messages for teams and leadership.

Responsibilities

• Lead defined workstreams within operational and strategic projects aligned to business goals.
• Develop and maintain project plans, status reporting, risks, issues, decisions, and action items.
• Analyze business needs and prepare materials for stakeholder meetings and leadership updates.
• Coordinate cross-functional stakeholders to drive alignment and accountability.
• Develop and manage project plans, track milestones and dependencies, and drive tasks to completion.
• Leverage AI, automation, and analytics tools to improve workflows and efficiency.
