Waystar in Atlanta, GA is seeking a Delivery Manager to own the full lifecycle from planning through launch, collaborating with Product, Operations, and Application Engineering to shape objectives and orchestrate releases with a relentless focus on quality.

You will drive agile practices, remove impediments, and mentor teams while using AI tools to optimize planning, risk management, and delivery. Occasional travel may be required.

Qualifications

• Experience as Scrum Master or Delivery Manager.
• Strong understanding of software development lifecycles.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Willingness to travel periodically.

• Champion Agile/Scrum practices to drive high-performance delivery.
