Waystar in Atlanta, GA seeks a Sr. Software Engineer Manager to lead a high-performing team of engineers and QA professionals. You will own delivery, quality, and team growth while partnering with product and technology leadership to build award-winning healthcare tech solutions.

As a hands-on technical leader, you will shape architecture, drive cloud-native practices, observability, and automated testing, and mentor engineers to scale impact across services and systems.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of software delivery experience with web apps and distributed systems.
• 5+ years of engineering leadership, including people management.
• Deep experience with cloud-native architectures and scalable services.
• Backend and API-driven systems with REST/GraphQL.
• Experience with AWS, Docker, Kubernetes.
• Vue.js frontend experience and TypeScript frameworks.
• Bachelor's degree in CS/Engineering or equivalent.
• Experience with SaaS platforms at scale.
