Job summary

Gate One is seeking an experienced Consulting Manager to join our New York team on Madison Avenue. Managers design and deliver transformation programs, leading teams and nurturing client relationships to drive meaningful change.

You will scope and deliver major programs, lead blended delivery teams, coach junior staff, grow key accounts, and contribute to internal capability development and events. A base salary of $180,000 is offered with bi-annual profit sharing.
