Qualifications

• Management Consulting Experience is required.
• Strong Client Management is required.
• 4+ years of Program/Project Management experience is required.
• 4+ years of Scope Management experience.
• 3+ years at Fortune 50 company as FTE or Consultant is preferred.
• 3+ years of Change Management is preferred.
• 3+ years of Process Improvement is preferred.
• 3+ years of Planning and Organizational skills is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Project support and coordination: plan, execute, and close projects within schedule and budget.
• Stakeholder communication: facilitate clear updates between teams and stakeholders.
• Documentation and reporting: maintain project plans, reports, and meeting minutes.
• Risk and issue tracking: identify risks and develop mitigation strategies.
• Resource and schedule management: allocate resources and manage schedules.
• Quality assurance support: ensure deliverables meet standards and regulations.
• Client engagement: assist senior PMs in client interactions and satisfaction.
• Process improvement contributions: suggest improvements to increase efficiency.
• Team collaboration: work with project team members and mentor junior staff.
• Financial tracking: assist with project budgeting and forecasting.
• Change management assistance: support adoption and realization of benefits.
• Learning and development: pursue professional development in PM and consulting.
• Meeting facilitation: organize and run effective project meetings.
• Vendor coordination: coordinate with vendors and contractors.
• BD support: assist in proposals and new opportunities.
