Tarka Talent is seeking a Manager-level consultant in New York on a hybrid basis. You will lead complex transformation programmes, steer client engagements, and mentor consulting teams while shaping commercial relationships and internal capabilities.

The role offers broad influence over programmes, with profit-related bonuses and significant scope to impact client accounts and growth.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of recognised management consulting experience.
• Current or recent experience operating at Manager level.
• Strong end-to-end programme and project management expertise.
• Experience leading and developing teams of management consultants.
• Exposure to digital, data, customer experience, operating models, change management or transformation strategy.

Responsibilities

• Scope and lead large-scale, complex transformation engagements.
• Manage blended consulting teams across client programmes.
• Build trusted relationships with senior client stakeholders.
• Identify opportunities to grow existing and new accounts.
• Shape internal capabilities, initiatives and team development.
