Job summary

Key responsibilities include guiding transformation programs with TMO/PMO, applying SAFe and Scrum, and delivering clear, executive-ready deliverables while collaborating across global teams.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of relevant experience in consulting, business transformation, technology, or a related field.
• Strong collaboration skills with diverse teams and stakeholders.
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities to convey insights clearly.
• Analytical and problem-solving mindset with curiosity and execution focus.
• Agile, growth-oriented mindset able to navigate ambiguity.
• Developing commercial awareness and impact for global and domestic organizations.
• Experience leveraging AI-enabled tools (e.g., Copilot, ChatGPT, Replit) to enhance work.
• Willingness to travel and work flexible hours based on client needs.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to transformation initiatives aligning with clients’ strategic goals.
• Design and deliver business and solution architecture frameworks and program management approaches.
• Support governance, risk, and portfolio analyses across workstreams.
• Develop client-ready storytelling, business cases, and performance reporting.
• Apply SAFe, Scrum, and other Agile methods to projects.
