Job summary

EY Consulting is seeking a Staff-level consultant to join the Transformation Architecture and Delivery practice. You will work on programs that bridge strategy and execution, supporting architecture, program management, and value realization across client engagements.

You will contribute to operating model design, cost optimization, and IT transformation topics such as ERP, DevOps, and cloud migrations, leveraging tools like Jira and Azure DevOps.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in consulting, business transformation, technology, or related field.
• Strong collaboration and communication skills across diverse teams.
• Experience with operating model design, process design, and performance reporting.

Responsibilities

• Support design and delivery of architecture frameworks, program management, and value realization structures.
• Assist with governance materials, portfolio analyses, and client storytelling to show measurable value.
• Contribute to transformation programs using TMO/PMO, SAFe, and Agile methodologies.
